The problem

Nobody gives you the master list.

The IRS, your state tax agency, your payroll agency and the Secretary of State each keep their own calendar. Your business has to follow all of them.

30+

Deadlines a year

A typical S-Corp with payroll owes four quarterly estimates, quarterly 941s, year-end W-2s and 1099s, a 1120-S with K-1s, plus state returns and annual reports.

4–6

Agencies to track

Federal, state income tax, state payroll, sales tax and the Secretary of State all have different portals, due dates and weekend rules.

$$$

Penalties for forgetting

A late 1120-S is penalized per shareholder, per month, even when no tax is owed. Missed estimates add underpayment interest, and a missed annual report can put your entity out of good standing.

Penalty rules come from published IRS guidance and change every year. Check the current figures with your tax professional.

How it works

Set up in three minutes. Covered all year.

Tell us about your business

Entity type, state, whether a payroll provider files for you and how often you file sales tax. Takes about five questions.

Get your calendar for the year

Every due date and estimated amount for the next 12 months goes on one timeline, which you can subscribe to from your own calendar.

Pay, file, check it off

When a reminder comes in, pay or file, attach the receipt and mark it done. Next year's calendar builds itself.

Safe-harbor sketch using 100% of last year's tax. If your AGI was over $150k, the rule is 110%. This is an example, not tax advice.
$8,200
Q4 2026 payment · due Jan 15, 2027

Due Days does this math for every quarter, then reminds you before each payment date.

FAQ

Good questions

Does Due Days file or pay my taxes?

No. Due Days tells you what's due and when, estimates what to pay, and stores your proof. You or your tax pro still file and pay through the IRS, your state and your payroll provider.

Which states are covered?

The plan is to cover federal deadlines plus all 50 states and DC, starting with the states that have the most small businesses. Tell us your state when you join the waitlist.

My payroll provider already files my 941s and W-2s.

Tell us during setup and those items switch to "handled by provider." You still see them so you can confirm they were filed, but they won't send reminders.

Is this tax advice?

No. Due Days is a deadline and organization tool. Dates follow published agency calendars, and estimates are planning figures. Confirm anything specific to your situation with a CPA or enrolled agent.

Can my bookkeeper or CPA use it?

Yes. Owners can invite a pro with read-only access, and the Bookkeeper plan is built for firms that track deadlines across many clients.

What happens to my data?

You can export everything (calendar, amounts and documents) at any time. We never ask for IRS or bank logins.

Stop keeping the tax calendar in your head.

Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when Due Days opens for your state.
